Jeff started with Tacoma YFC in 1987. He oversees all of the Community Ministries (Foster Care, Breaking Free Parenting Workshops, Youth Guidance and Teen Parents) for YFC. Jeff started the YFC foster care ministry and is responsible to provide leadership and direction to the foster care staff as they recruit, train, and certify families to be foster parents and provide case management for the kids within YFC's care.
Jeff graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor's degree in Education. After college, he worked in a group care facility while volunteering at Remann Hall with a probation officer until he joined the Tacoma YFC staff. Jeff is married and has three children.
