Edith joined the Youth for Christ team in spring of 2006 as a receptionist. Her passion for the Lord and ministry made her a good fit to welcome people to YFC . Her background as as Development Assistant prepared her to serve and assists the ministry personnel in multiple areas. She is now an administrative support person in Bookkeeping, Web Editing, Computers and in any additional areas she is needed.
Edith grew up in a Pastor’s home and accepted the Lord at age 5. Growing up she was involved in teaching Sunday School, singing and playing piano and organ in her fathers churches. She still enjoys serving in those capacities. Her husband Rich served as a Pastor for a number of years, until the Lord called them to leave the active ministry and focus on raising their 3 children to love and serve the Lord. Now that the kids are grown, married and are teaching their 13 children to love the Lord, Rich and Edith are again active in leadership roles their church.
Edith’s hobbies are reading, doing crafts, sewing on her embroidery machine and enjoying her grandchildren.
