Steve joined Tacoma YFC in October 2004 after years of being a full-time foster parent. Working along side his wife Lois, Steve ensures that each foster child placed in one of our homes is in a safe enviroment. This includes making sure each home is up to code, and that the foster parents have been adequately trained in how to care for their foster children. Steve and Lois also hold monthly classes and seminars for foster parents which help train them in CPR, and other special topics related to parenting a foster child.
