Ciara Spacone

Case Manager

Ciara was born in Portland, Oregon, but was raised in Port Orchard, Washington. She attended Saint Martin’s University and in 2008 earned a Bachelor’s degree in Community Services. During her undergraduate work, Ciara interned for DSHS for two years and knew that God gave her a heart for sharing His love with at-risk children and families. After graduation, Ciara worked for DSHS as a state social worker until she was hired by YFC as a Foster Care Case manager in May 2009. She is currently attending classes at the University of Washington for her Master’s in Social Work. When Ciara is not at work or school she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with her husband and dog.
