Jeff Clare
Foster Care Ministry Director/ Office C.O.O.
Jeff started with Tacoma Youth for Christ in the fall of 1986. He currently oversees all ministry staff, acting as YFC's Chief Operating Officer and Foster Care Director. Jeff started in YFC with a heart to start a Christian foster care program assisting the Department of Social and Health Services in finding quality homes for kids living in foster care. For the past 20+ years, Jeff has enjoyed serving YFC's amazing foster parents, and providing leadership and direction to the foster care staff. Jeff graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor's degree in Education. After college, he worked in a group care facility while volunteering at Remann Hall with a probation officer until he joined the Tacoma YFC staff. Jeff is married and has three children.
