Jennifer Shutter

Jennifer joined YFC in April of 2010, as a Case Manager.  She graduated from University of Washington, Tacoma with a BA in Interdisciplinary Arts & Science, majoring in Psychology. Jennifer worked in Special Education at Tacoma Public Schools for several years before joining the YFC team.  Jennifer’s heart is set on encouraging families to reach their full potential and helping parents through the recovery process. She has several years of experience leading small groups at the Celebrate Recovery Program at Trinity Church of Pierce County. Jennifer is married and has two boys, the oldest of which has Down syndrome. For fun, Jennifer loves volunteering for Special Olympics basketball and track while cheering on her son!
